I love the Hilton Inn Philadelphia/Bensalem I have stayed here 5 times already and it never disappoints. This time I stayed on the first floor and the room was huge. I love the high ceiling and the fact you can set up your firestick within the room. The lady at the front actually did me a solid because the hotel was actually booked for a wedding and cheer competition so she put me and my girlfriend on the first floor so we could be away from the noise. I appreciate staff that thinks about the comfort of their guess. I'm already booking my next stay

I was immediately greeted by a woman named Baby at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to meet! She is friendly and helpful. I arrived a little bit earlier than my check in time HOWEVER she had a room immediately available and there was no delay in getting checked in. I arrived at my room and there was a beautiful TV that said welcome DAWN. I loved that! The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. I got an amazing restful sleep .

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during a very stressful time. Our daughter was hospitalized at st Christopher's children's hospital and we had to extend our stay they were able to accommodate us. I can't stress how nice and compationate the front desk staff were. I will use this hotel for every stay we have in philly.

It was SO clean and they provided more than enough facilities to accommodate. Water bottles and coffee in the room. The TV had my name on it welcoming me. They were able to accommodate early check-in. Can’t say enough great things.
